Aroma - Created from the Gouveio grape variety, grown at an altitude of 300 metres at Quinta da Soalheira, this wine displays a pure, intense and complex aroma. Notes of stone fruit combine with delicate floral nuances, giving it an elegant and engaging aromatic expression. Its purity and intensity highlight the potential of this grape variety in this terroir. Characterised by higher alcohol levels and greater structure, Gouveio benefits from a longer aromatic maturation, revealing a broad and complex range of aromas.
