Aroma - The complex and multifaceted nose reveals a multitude of aromas, from the freshly made brioche to the broom flower, the bay leaf and the cardamom.
Taste - The rich and creamy taste is the result of a fresh and lively attack, the unmistakable signature of our cuvées. The notes of candied lemon peel, hazelnut and salvia give juiciness and depth of flavor.
