Appearence - An elegant golden yellow color with hints of linden leaves.
Aroma - The nose is fresh and expressive, with notes of citrus fruits and white flowers.
Taste - On the palate, the opening is slightly acidic. This is followed by a softer aromatic bouquet, between lemon and white peach. The finish reveals the Clos Mireille terroir with a pleasant salinity. The finish is fresh, with notes of grapefruit zest.
