Appearance: Clear with an intense ruby colour
Aroma: It presents an intense nose marked by very ripe fruit, where notes of rockrose stand out, interspersed with vanilla from the wood aging. In the end, fresh spice aromas emerge, giving it complexity.
Taste: Deep palate with ample body and liveliness. Delicate tannins bring robustness and elegance, leading to a persistent finish that harmonizes freshness with complexity.
