LOUIS ROEDERER CARTE BLANCHE

Region
Reims - France
Grapes Varieties
40% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay and 20% Meunier -10% of wines made in wood, in oak casks. Partial malolactic fermentation.
Tasting Notes
The Carte Blanche reveals a succession of ripe and sweet fruits (baked apples) combined with intense floral notes and toasted sweet almonds. The high dosage is not only balanced by its freshness, but also by its long period of “dégorgement”, which allows the perfect integration of the dosage.
