Tasting Notes
Appearance - Very intense dark garnet color with a brilliant violet halo.
Aroma - On the nose it reveals great complexity that boasts a harmonious combination of distinct notes of very ripe red fruit, with a floral scent of violet and rock rose and a fresh and minty touch.
Taste - In the mouth it is intense, fresh, rich in ripe fruit, where cherry and raspberry predominate, as well as notes of pepper, dark and bitter chocolate. The tannins, well framed, form a harmonious and elegant ensemble. The finish is long, tasty and very persistent.
