The grapes used to produce this wine come from a vineyard located in Azenhas do Mar (Colares). The vineyard has the particularity of being located on poor sandy soils. The climate is very specific due to its proximity to the sea (Atlantic Ocean). the relative humidity is high throughout the year. The wine expresses all this climatic and pedological specificity of the region.
