STANLEY ESPUMANTE BRUT RESERVE 2009
This wine was produced at the Quinta do Conde estate, owned by the Stanley Ho Foundation. The property is located in Colares and currently has a total vineyard area of 5.5 ha. The Pinot Noir grape, planted on 4 ha. of this vineyard, was used to produce a varietal and also to batch with a Chardonnay - acquired from a producer in the Azenhas do Mar region - to make this sparkling wine. The region enjoys a very specific climate, thanks to the influence of the Atlantic Ocean, to the west, and the Sintra mountains, to the south. These conditions allow for full, slow and progressive maturations. Ideal for revealing all the qualities of the varieties used to make this sparkling wine.
